Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final once opened or used.

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging, and

  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items with broken seals or damaged packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@elysanti.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • Elysanti is not responsible for returns lost in transit

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order enters processing, it cannot be canceled.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, please return the item according to this policy and place a new order.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us.
